What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher level of education
- Strong understanding of project management principles and proficiency in MS Office products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP or similar project management certifications
- Familiarity with COBIT or ITIL best practices
- Basic knowledge of project management software
