What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and prioritize rollout of legal operations projects according to the PMO roadmap
- Oversee project execution and maintain standards enforcement
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for enterprise goals
- Assist with project planning processes and ensure consistent execution across Legal Affairs
- Lead training and development efforts for Legal Affairs personnel

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five years of business experience with demonstrated project management skills
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND nine years of business experience with demonstrated project management skills
- At least four years of experience in Legal Operations within a corporate legal department
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Scrum)
- Experience developing and implementing new methodologies or services
- Capacity to think strategically and develop long-term solutions
