What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead individual client projects, ensuring survey design aligns with client goals
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of data collection and reporting for health plan clients
- Conduct quality control on survey programming and reporting
- Manage project timelines to ensure timely survey launches and completion
- Provide regular status reports and client support throughout the project lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research or project management within healthcare
- Proven understanding of the challenges in Health Care, Health Plans, and Member Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the HEDIS CAHPS survey program
- Demonstrated analytical skills for problem-solving and client support
- Ability to act as a strategic partner for client portfolio management
- Experience in quality improvement or experience improvement roles
- Familiarity with client relationship management best practices
