      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct project reviews including surveying stores, budget creation, and staffing planning
      - Visit ongoing projects to provide feedback to merchandising and operations teams
      - Perform office and computer work related to project management
      - Engage in conference calls, emails, and meetings with key stakeholders
      - Manage labor expense and capital budgets for various projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or advanced degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
      - Deep understanding of retail remodel activities, including merchandise fixtures and layouts
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Smartsheets)
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

      - Experience managing diverse teams, including contractors and temporary labor
      - Proven ability to make strategic project-level decisions without supervision
