What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead customer and internal development projects for injection devices from initiation to launch
- Manage cross-functional and multi-location project teams
- Report project metrics and control scope, time, and budget
- Present project status to customers and Haselmeier leadership team
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role
- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment, preferably in MedTech or Pharma
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
- Proficiency in English, other languages are beneficial

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a MedTech or Pharma environment
- Additional language proficiency is a plus
