What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and stakeholder meetings
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies; PMP certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud
- Experience with project tools such as Jira, Monday.com, SmartSheet, or HubSpot
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
