You will be responsible for the management of the project management office for a cross-functional "Enterprise Solution Layer" according to SAFe, including the planning, control and monitoring of project activities.
You support the achievements of the project goals, solve problems and make decisions within guidelines and in derivation of the project goals. You coordinate your activities with the manager.
You develop the cross-functional project plan and adapt it independently and proactively; manage and track the project budget and create deadlines and resource plans.
You decide on the task distribution and responsibilities of team members within the PMO according to their individual strengths and skills; coordinate the tasks and responsibilities of the team members and ensure the flow of information between the team members and, if necessary, external service providers.
You are responsible for regular coordination with all relevant stakeholders, provide information on the project status, prepare information and advise stakeholders.
You create and structure project status reports for the purpose of communication to senior leadership and beyond.
You have completed a master's degree in IT, business administration or natural sciences.
You have 5-10 years of experience in the development of medical technology products.
You have strong expertise in agile working methods/methods; PMI Certified Project Management Professional desired.
You demonstrate a structured and result-oriented way of working in connection with a strong analytical ability to think.
You are experienced in working with Google Slides and can put your thoughts on slides in a structured and meaningful way.
You are characterized by a high level of social competence and excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written).
A strong understanding of the market and environment combined with the ability to define strategic goals and to achieve them with a high level of initiative complete your profile.

The Insulin Therapy Solutions division is dedicated to providing world-class products for people with diabetes. We work with a holistic approach, which means that we take care of our product portfolio from the idea, through the development and introduction of the products into the market, to the phase-out. This includes own developments, strategic partnerships and cooperations. We achieve our goals in a very close and collaborative partnership with all global functions at Roche Diabetes Care and the entire Roche Group (Diagnostics and Pharma).

You will work in an excellent and highly motivated team of international business leaders who work in Mannheim, Basel and Indianapolis.
In addition, you will work with one of the world's best PMOs (external), who has been supporting the priority 1 project at Roche Diabetes Care with us for about 1.5 years. This PMO currently consists of highly motivated colleagues who have built up in-depth know-how over the past few years, which is now to be internalized.Your tasks
