What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of projects within the logistics industry segment
- Provide project risk assessments and summary-level project status reports to executives
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and project estimates while tracking project progress
- Conduct project meetings and manage interpersonal dynamics within global project teams
- Ensure projects meet or exceed anticipated benefits on time and with the desired level of quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business) or 6+ years of relevant experience as a Project Leader or Manager
- Minimum of 3+ years of project management or related experience
- Proven success in leading cross-functional projects and managing teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem management skills
- Proficiency in project management tracking software (e.g., Smartsheets) and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP Certification
- Experience applying methods and tools for project management
- Multi-lingual capabilities
- Comfort in interacting with all levels of an organization
- Willingness to work on a global clock and platform
