What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and drive Capital and Redevelopment Projects for apartment communities
- Assist in the development of scope of work and due diligence for new acquisitions
- Coordinate and share asset redevelopment plans with operations teams
- Negotiate and finalize the bid process, including awarding contracts
- Oversee onsite construction and redevelopment projects, ensuring quality and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of Construction Management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical construction communication language and documents
- Experience in cost forecasting, budgeting, and timeline management
- Ability to manage multiple construction priorities using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Construction Management degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Exceptional letter writing skills and experience in generating spreadsheets
- Demonstrated ability to use and learn new technology, including cloud-based programs
- Strong emotional intelligence and collaborative working style
- Experience in managing relationships with senior management and external stakeholders
