We are looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager that takes pride in their work, is a team player and has a high level of communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing

-Oversee Project from beginning to end while keeping in close communication with Superintendents, clients, and company owner
-Maintaining files of documents as back up for estimate figures
-Secure building permits
-Monitor all of construction progress and relay to team
-Maintain communication with clients, team members and partners
-Problem solving within the field and subcontractors

What You Need for this Position

-Bachelors degree is a plus
-5+ years of Project Manager experience in either multifamily or commercial developments
-Basic Microsoft teams knowledge
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge with Blue Beam, Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, etc
