What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee project implementation and execution through completion of construction
- Manage small, ground-up projects, including programming, design, entitlements, and construction management
- Develop and maintain project budgets, including hard and soft costs
- Provide on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are met
- Assist in training and developing team members on project implementation best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in managing construction projects
- Ability to manage project budgets and maintain cash flow analysis
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20-25% within the designated territory
- Experience in business development activities related to project sourcing and securing new business
