      Our Team:

      The Portfolio Operations and Launch Management Team (POLM) supports our key Sanofi US Specialty Care Business objectives through launches excellence and strategic projects management that ensure our employees and processes achieve maximized efficiencies. Our Team interacts with senior leadership and subject matter experts to develop solutions that improve launch and project performance by increasing efficiency and ensuring a best-in-class team. This includes managing projects from end-to-end including product & indication launches, strategic projects, system/process enhancements. The responsibilities will also include collaboration and partnership with the business units, training and change management teams as well as our Digital (IT) organization.

      Main responsibilities:

      The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring and coordinating activities to optimize performance cross-functionally with tasks related, but not limited to launch Readiness & Strategic Projects managed within the Portfolio Operations and Launch management team (POLM). The Project Manager will develop a strong understanding of roles & responsibilities of unique work streams, key deliverables & milestones, and project plans & timelines as well as the policies and procedures related to impacted processes.

      The primary Project Manager responsibilities include the following:

      • Coordinate, and lead when applicable, stakeholder & project meetings include drafting notes & action items for distribution as well as follow up on the resolution of open items.
      • Develop & maintain trackers, issues logs, & coordinate issue resolutions
      • Maintain senior leadership scorecards
      • Develop workstream meeting agendas and facilitate workstream meetings
      • Distribute and follow-up on action Items and updated trackers/dashboards
      • Facilitate workstream launch plan development based on the established launch strategies and identify workstreams' challenges and assumptions
      • Drive and guide the workstreams to prepare for detailed day of approval action plan
      • Document and improve US launch excellence frameworks
      • Responsible for global launch excellence tool upload and maintenance
      • Collect content from team members on behalf of the workstream leads Support launch workstream leads
      • Manage communications and associated distribution lists
      • Facilitate project-based assignments within US BOS
      • Coordinate operational needs of project work and collaborate with team members to drive towards project completion.
      • Develop awareness of other functions’ objectives and react quickly to recommend and promote efficient solutions or alternatives to complex issues.

      About you

      • Experience:
        • 2-years minimum managing projects or processes
        • Direct experience working in a pharma or Biotech a plus
        • Experience in Project Management (preferred)
        • Demonstrated ability to learn, master and teach moderately complex systems and concepts (preferred)

      • Soft skills:
        • Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of a broader team
        • Highly organized and effective in handling multiple detail-oriented projects in a fast-paced environment
        • Strong sense of urgency, personal commitment, and ownership over work
        • Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and deliver solutions in a highly complex, matrix environment
        • Demonstrated leadership and ability to interact with strong collaboration
        • Ability to interact with all employees within the organization, including senior management,
        • Identify opportunities to enhance team efficiencies and respond effectively to the needs of the business is required
        • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
        • Excellent verbal and written communications at all levels of the organization
        • Experience with systems and processes
        • Experience in executing on key objectives with a cross-functional scope
        • Flexible, able to adapt to changing business priorities
        • Strong project management skills

      • Technical skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Visio (Preferred)
      • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
      • Languages: English - Fluent
