      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead telehealth process improvement projects aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing patient care
      - Analyze and optimize workflows to identify and eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies
      - Design and implement scalable solutions that support growth and improve user experiences
      - Monitor performance metrics and track improvements post-implementation
      - Facilitate collaboration among clinical, technical, and administrative teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or process improvement roles, preferably in telehealth or healthcare
      - Knowledge of telehealth technologies and industry compliance standards such as HIPAA
      - Proficiency in project management and process mapping tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion)
      - Proven track record of managing process improvement projects and implementing effective solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a related field
      - Certification in Lean, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), and/or TPS
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
      - Ability to influence diverse stakeholders across clinical and technical teams
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
