What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and coordinate activities for the receipt and shipment of hazardous waste materials in compliance with regulations
- Conduct compliance inspections at customer locations and implement corrective actions as needed
- Oversee scheduling and management of incoming waste and outbound loads, including paperwork
- Conduct safety meetings to ensure compliance with job safe operating procedures
- Act as the main point of contact with customers and outside entities, providing production reports to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in an Environmental/Science or Business-related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business or project management role
- At least 2 years of experience managing an operations team
- 40-hour Hazwoper and 8-hour refresher certifications
- Ability to maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience with hazardous waste
- Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, OSHA, and DEA regulations related to waste characterization and transportation
- Experience with DOT shipping, packaging, and labeling requirements for hazardous waste
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- PMP certification
