What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage partner relationships, including colleagues, on-site personnel, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are on budget by collaborating with Operations, Development, and Accounting
- Support due diligence for property acquisitions and ensure accurate documentation
- Communicate compliance or safety concerns to the team
- Utilize expertise to maintain detailed project records and manage project interdependencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive construction and/or capital project management experience
- Background in project delivery and project management
- Experience with basic computer applications, Procore, Profiler, Excel, and MS Project
- Ability to safely navigate construction site conditions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer
- Proven leadership in estimating, scheduling, budget/cost control, and field management
- Strong presentation skills to varying levels of company partners
