What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning and implementation of central fill automation projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project success
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution
- Serve as liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal resources to meet project deadlines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related subject
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, healthcare construction, healthcare technology, or pharmacy automation
- Willingness to travel 25% - 50% to customer sites (Domestic & International)
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and automation technology
- Exceptional project management skills to oversee project scope, schedule, and costs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience in healthcare-related product development and implementation
