Summary of Position:
Reporting to the Manager of Client Solutions & Operations Support, the Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the work is completed efficiently and effectively. The Project Manager will also provide regular reporting on the status of projects to leadership and work to ensure projects that are off track or at risk, are managed effectively to ensure planned targets are achieved.
General Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve issues, and keep all parties informed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource allocation and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and clients. Understand the scope of the project and the work being delivered
• Track, document, and report on costs, revenue, profits, and margins
• Manage documentation across multiple projects
• Coordinate schedules, facilitate meetings, and take meeting notes
• Occasionally perform functional product testing
• Be on call 24/7 for emergency duties when necessary.

Required skills and qualifications
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
o Strong analytical skills to assess data and drive decisions.
o Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Call Center experience considered beneficial
• Analytical mindset and inquisitive nature
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing work conditions in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Experience with project delivery methods (waterfall, agile, scrum) and implementing methodology changes
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, reporting milestones (definition, uses, reporting) and dependencies
• PMP designation an asset
Education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or diploma in project management from a recognized community college.
• Three years of related experience.
