What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage cross-functional teams within Process Development across various modalities
- Partner with technical leads to identify key deliverables and ensure alignment
- Draft timeline scenarios to adjust project execution and inform portfolio decisions
- Facilitate communication in management reviews and governance meetings
- Oversee project reporting, including risk analysis and resource management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of Project Management experience, OR Master's degree and 6 years, OR Bachelor's degree and 8 years, OR Associate's degree and 10 years, OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Project Management experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or other healthcare-related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface across all levels of the organization
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in standard Project Management tools and practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct CMC experience highly desirable
- Ability to foster collaboration and work effectively on cross-functional teams
- Experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong leadership skills for team meetings and reporting
