What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end project management activities including project plan development, metrics tracking, and risk identification
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and medical professionals to analyze product-related safety and performance data
- Manage statements of work, purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor management
- Optimize Scientific Operations processes within MedTech and support the creation of project value propositions
- Provide coaching to junior project managers and project coordinators and implement change management strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in project management, coordination, or document coordination
- At least 3 years of direct experience in project/program management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical devices or a regulated industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and project planning tools such as Wrike or MS Project
- Strong written and oral communication skills across different organizational levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- An advanced degree (MBA or MS) is preferred
- Process Excellence training or certification
- Project Management Professional training or certification
- Knowledge of clinical evaluation or literature review inputs and requirements
