What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a 12-quarter plan for the GRAAS Technology and Workforce Strategy program
- Integrate key activities and milestones across various initiatives
- Develop and manage processes for "key milestone readiness" and "release readiness"
- Support the maintenance of a single source of truth for the status of all Regulatory roles being hired in India
- Coordinate activities with consultant and Regulatory transition teams in the US and India

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, ideally in leading large business transformation programs
- Experience as a business strategy consultant is preferred
- Strong project management skills and ability to integrate interdependencies across teams
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with strong facilitation and presentation abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Biotech experience would be beneficial
- Experience managing large, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to work independently while effectively interacting with various organizational levels
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
