What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead technology delivery for Client Capabilities within the Single-Family Digital Product - Strategic Delivery team
- Manage scheduling, budgeting, financials, risk, and governance to support project execution
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and executive leadership
- Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success
- Contribute to the strategic execution and delivery of key initiatives related to Automated Underwriting Risk Assessment (AURA)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically 5 - 7 years of related Program/Project Management experience
- College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- 5+ years of technology background preferred
- Exposure to Agile methodologies, Jira, and SDLC preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Mortgage or Financial Industry
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., CSM)
- Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to align them with business initiatives
- Creative problem-solving skills and experience using various project management methodologies
- Proven ability to build relationships across teams and understand industry processes
