What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress to ensure financial success and timely completion
- Lead complex contract negotiations and manage the execution of project plans by assembling and managing project teams
- Monitor project performance, ensuring deliverables align with established scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage change requests and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial impacts
- Maintain ongoing positive relationships with clients and document all project deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in site design and development
- Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control
- Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
