What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress to ensure financial success
- Lead complex contract negotiations and manage project execution by assembling and overseeing project teams
- Monitor project performance, ensuring deliverables align with established scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage change requests, execute risk management techniques, and implement strategies to minimize financial impacts
- Maintain positive client relationships and document all project deliverables and correspondence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in site design and development
- Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
