      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct technical leads and project team members, including consultants and contractors
      - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters and management plans
      - Produce weekly program status reports and manage project schedules using MS Project
      - Report on risks and manage ongoing risk assessments and mitigation plans
      - Create and publish status reports on project activities, issues, and resolutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of seven years of experience in program and project management using formal methodologies
      - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
      - Strong experience leading migrations to cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure
      - Proven ability to manage stakeholders with varying levels of commitment
      - Proficient in MS Project Office Professional and other project management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP certification
      - At least four years of experience with Microsoft Project Server (EPM)
      - Six years of foundational knowledge in VMWare, AWS, and/or Azure
