What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage capital projects critical to the success of the electrical transmission system
- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate internal and external resources
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Develop and oversee contracts for materials and services
- Provide written and oral testimony during formal proceedings for project approvals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Management for Associate level
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields for Mid-Career and Senior levels
- Minimum of 2-4 years of project management experience for Mid-Career level
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience for Senior level
- Valid driver's license and ability to respond to off-duty calls

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree or specialized industry credential such as a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience managing complex utility infrastructure projects
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to scope, plan, budget, and execute work
- Knowledge of utility infrastructure project practices
