What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term supply chain projects from initiation to completion
- Analyze and partner with operations leadership to redesign supply chain processes for improved efficiency and quality
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with overall business objectives
- Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project risks
- Champion Lean and Kaizen principles to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work from the employer's Draper and Salt Lake locations 3-5 days per week
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a Project Manager or in Continuous Improvement
- Strong understanding of catalog management, product management, payment systems, and order systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and using data to drive decision-making

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Green Belt certification with real-world application
- CMP or CAPM certification
- Experience working in distribution or manufacturing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
