What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the definition of scope and implementation of a large-scale business transformation initiative
- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, documenting outcomes and action items
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and status reports using tools like Smartsheet or Jira
- Communicate project progress to various organizational levels and stakeholders
- Support vendor teams in defining and reviewing tasks and key milestones

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in project or program management
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience managing large system implementation or transformation projects
- Strong organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agile or PMP certification, or strong experience in Agile projects
- Experience in supply chain management or fulfillment operations
- Familiarity with managing third-party vendors
- Knowledge of data integration and specifications or requirements documents
- Experience with industry-standard project management tools like Smartsheet or Jira
