What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead project planning throughout the creative asset life cycle, from kick-off to final deliverables
- Maintain a prioritized project schedule and manage change requests
- Translate project requirements into actionable tasks for the creative team
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and vendors while maintaining clear communication
- Provide quality assurance for creative assets and support internal team members with brand asset requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to work Monday-Thursday from 10:30 am - 3:30 pm EST
- Prior experience managing the end-to-end creative process, including print and digital
- Strong understanding of graphic design, branding, digital photography, motion graphics, and illustration workflows
- Excellent time-management and strategic problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree required
