What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct development teams and manage the execution of project schedules, scope, and budget throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead communication plans, facilitating meetings and providing project presentations to executive leadership
- Identify and champion process improvement opportunities based on past project experiences
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Track and manage project budgets, resources, and potential issues, escalating as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of strong project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects
- 5+ years of experience managing Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing projects
- Advanced understanding of project management methodologies and ability to resolve issues and manage risks
- Experience in a data-driven environment and understanding of ETL processes
- Proficiency with MS SQL Server or other large database platforms, including SQL querying skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a cloud environment, specifically Azure
- Strong vendor negotiation skills and experience in outsourcing and offshore development
- Demonstrated relationship management skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers
- Creative problem-solving skills, capable of adapting to dynamic project needs
