- Develop, publish, and maintain comprehensive milestone, design, and prepress schedules for approximately 50+ trading card projects annually
- Monitor progress and prioritize cross-functional team of brand managers, editors, art directors, and prepress and print vendors to ensure products are developed on time and to quality standards
- Schedule and attend production and manufacturing meetings with appropriate internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the maintenance of prepress schedules and status documents
- Ascertain ownership and effectively communicate status of project lifecycle and provide resolution when issues arise
- Gain trust of teams through knowledge of project schedules/status, along with the ability to think proactively
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field preferred
- Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Establish and maintain a strong leadership presence
- Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to communicate necessary information thoroughly and accurately to a wide global audience
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task, command multiple projects and effectively determine priorities
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Project Management specific software and tools a plus
