- 1-2-years experience in project coordination or management
- 1-2 years experience with client or stakeholder communications
- Familiarity with common best practices in relation to marketing (organic and paid)
- An understanding of project management best practices, methodologies, and the ability to create project plans
- High proficiency with Google Suite, particularly sheets and slides
- Agency experience (internship or otherwise)
- Education in marketing communications or business administration
- You will support our social and media teams with managing all aspects (end-to-end) of social and paid media campaigns.
- As a member of our delivery team, you will work closely with a variety of people across the agency, including account strategists, media strategists, social strategists, marketing experts and fellow project managers.
- Manage project budgets and timelines while meeting objectives and producing quality deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies in project management, marketing, design, and paid media.

Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a Project Manager with ~2 years of professional experience. For this role, past experience should include project coordination or management of digital media campaigns and familiarity with digital marketing best practices.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented. Being an articulate communicator with an ability to adapt is key. This role involves managing internal project teams and being accountable for the project timeline, scope, and budget.

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 + benefits
Location: Canada
We are open to applicants across Canada. We currently have team members in British Columbia, Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta. Our Vancouver team has the option to work from home or the office.
