What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and supervise a team of field employees to ensure safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
- Coordinate subcontractors and field personnel within job specifications and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare project estimates, proposals, and assist with contract preparation
- Develop Continual Improvement Plans to meet cost savings and sustainability projects
- Obtain pricing and quote customers for out-of-scope/new projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Environmental Sciences or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of sustainability/waste experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive change
- Knowledge of key financial indicators and success measures
- Valid Driver's License required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 40-hour HAZWOPER Training preferred
- DOT, RCRA Training preferred
- Computer literacy and strong administrative skills
