What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all contractor work related to the TraCSS system, from user registration to data monitoring
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
- Respond to technical problems within 24 hours of notification
- Provide task order management plans, monthly status reports, and project documentation
- Assign and review all documentation and reports as requested by the COR or Government Task Project Lead

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering)
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management
- Experience in Space Situational Awareness (SSA) and Space Traffic Coordination (STC)
- Proven experience managing projects of similar scope and complexity
- Strong communication and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Smartsheet
- Familiarity with managing government contracts
- Background in the aerospace industry or space commerce
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
