What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement safety plans and training to promote a safe work environment
- Enhance employee relations by fostering a culture of respect in alignment with company values
- Plan, schedule, and execute equipment outages and repairs without disrupting production
- Research and analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and develop corrective strategies
- Deliver results through effective project execution and resource management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Operations Management experience in an industrial or chemical process manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of heavy machinery and mechanical and electrical systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in employee development and management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of bio-solids management
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred
- Project Management Professional certification preferred
