What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the customer implementation process from post-sale through event day
- Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities
- Create and maintain project plans, updating internal team members on status and next steps
- Assist in establishing customer goals and communicate deliverables both internally and externally
- Schedule training regarding the unique setup of the customer’s virtual event

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven customer-first approach with experience managing external customers
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience leading SaaS product implementations, particularly with large events
- Effective team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
