What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop project tracking tools and systems to document milestone completions and project statuses
- Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations to management
- Provide management with project status updates and feedback on objectives
- Create dashboards and monitor Real Estate program data in collaboration with specialists
- Effectively manage vendors and ensure project delivery meets established goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or at least three years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of four years of relevant work experience in project management
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, oral/written communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Tableau and experience in creating charts, projects, and reports
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP and Agile certifications preferred
- Background in Real Estate and experience working with specialists and vendors
- Financial acumen, including processing purchase orders and reports
- Experience in property management and lease renewals
