What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage warehouse management projects utilizing MWA Express, Oracle EBS, Intellinum, and Kinaxis
- Lead supply chain management initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and streamline operations
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, facilitating steering committee meetings
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure clarity on project paths and expectations
- Track financial forecasts, monitor actuals vs. forecast, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in supply chain management with a focus on warehouse operations
- Hands-on experience with MWA Express, Oracle EBS, and Intellinum; experience with Kinaxis is a plus
- Strong financial acumen to manage forecasts and track project budgets
- Excellent communication skills for leading meetings and managing stakeholder expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle Supply Chain modules or Kinaxis as an integration with Oracle
- Ability to pull together options for complex project decisions and communicate effectively
- A track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment
