      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate tech contractors for digital automation of processes
      - Ensure all processes are being followed
      - Write reports in Jet and Power BI to facilitate process flow
      - Manage a staff of 2 and lead weekly meetings
      - Review and reconcile GLs monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook), and Cloud-based software
      - Experience with Business Central, Manufacturing background, ISO 9001 Certification knowledge is a plus
      - Completion of Census Bureau reporting
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
      - Knowledge of ISO 9001 Certification
