What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead product development projects and programs in the pharmaceutical industry, from pre-clinical R&D through commercialization
- Develop and drive integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy
- Manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget while exceeding project management standards
- Establish and lead high-performance project teams, serving as the project advocate within the client organization
- Provide project/program management oversight to assigned consultants as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology project management and CMC
- Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process; Six Sigma and Project Management Professional certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with EMA and FDA regulatory requirements for submissions
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate with various organizational levels
