Job Purpose:

• Be the single contact point for quality related matters with customer and maintain an effective flow of information
  between TechnipFMC and the customer. Lead quality interfaces with customer and third party companies. Ensure the
  contract execution is a success by meeting the agreed requirements and specifications. Achieve Customer Success.
  Support Tender Proposals as required.

Main Accountabilities:

• Overall management of all quality aspects for the project and standard orders with a Project Manager mindset.
• Coordinate with the client and other stakeholders to define quality scope, objectives, and requirements in liaison with the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
• Serves as the project quality lead responsible for the safe and quality delivery of project deliverables. This lead extends out with the project team and into the execution groups in Service, Engineering and production.
• Creates, agrees, and owns all project related quality documentation ensuring alignment with customer and TechnipFMC requirements. This includes critical documents such as the quality plan, ITP and MDR.
• Manages project quality change and scope changes with associated project impact.
• Manages project quality risks and development of mitigation plans.
• Delivers effective communication to all internal and external customers (Project Team, Owner, Partners, Vendors, etc.), including reporting regarding performance metrics and progress.
• Coordinates and leads project quality review meetings

Experience required:

• Degree in a related topic.
• Experience in a project execution role
• Demonstratable quality management experience
• Must demonstrate advanced negotiation, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact with customers, suppliers, and co-workers in a highly matrixed environment

• Advanced understanding of internal and external quality systems, specifications and industry standards.
• Must demonstrate effective report writing and presentation skills and strong organization skills and project/product planning ability.
• Engineering to manufacture ideally in mechanical field
• Creation of high calibre quality plans, inspection plans, quality notifications and NCR management
