What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and manage construction processes and practices to align with company business goals and objectives
- Collect vendor quotes and process purchase and warehouse orders while tracking orders on a per-store basis
- Communicate and distribute project-related information to vendors and internal partners
- Generate general contractor paperwork, compile and assemble the general contractor contract package, and track payments
- Coordinate and resolve shipping issues within internal and external transportation departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Construction experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- High School diploma or GED or 4+ years of US military experience
- Experience using project or construction management software
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in facility or construction management, architecture, or a business-related field
