What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute promotions, including events and van appearances, to enhance marketing efforts
- Coordinate contest prize inventory and ensure fulfillment processes are followed
- Set up and break down audio equipment and promotional staging elements
- Activate promotional events with engaging activities and music
- Capture and recap promotional events through photos, videos, and social media
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and social media platforms
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record and proof of insurability
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move 40-pound objects
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Interpersonal skills for collaboration and maintaining composure in challenging situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in outdoor promotions and/or marketing/customer service
- Experience in audio engineering or operating mixing boards and radio broadcast equipment
