      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond promptly to inbound leads, ensuring a maximum response time of 90 seconds during business hours
      - Collaborate with underwriting teams to analyze property data and assess deal potential
      - Prepare and review competitive written offers in alignment with company objectives
      - Present offers to sellers, handle objections, and negotiate terms to successfully close deals
      - Maintain consistent communication with leads through multiple follow-up attempts and document activities in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in a wholesale real estate company, with a strong track record of closing deals
      - Expertise in building relationships with sellers and negotiating win-win agreements
      - Advanced knowledge of property valuation, ARV calculation, and market analysis
      - Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate tools (e.g., PropStream, InvestorFuse)
      - Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
