      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer a high volume of calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries
      - Identify, research, and resolve issues using various applications and resources
      - Process insurance endorsements and payments, including credit card and check transactions
      - Provide product/service information and assist with customer complaints
      - Maintain expected performance levels and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent is required
      - Minimum one year of Call Center experience or two years in Customer Service experience
      - Proficient reading, oral and written communication, and math skills
      - Computer literacy with the ability to learn customer service software applications
      - Must be able to secure and maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance License

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish
      - Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
      - Ability to navigate between multiple screens and databases while engaging with customers
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
      - Superb phone and soft skills, including active listening and independent problem-solving
