What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate and resolve Homeowners claims of moderate complexity in a prompt and efficient manner
- Utilize imagery and advanced video technology to collaborate with onsite vendors and insureds to identify damage and write damage estimates
- Determine coverage of claims based on policy and extend or deny coverage as appropriate
- Communicate effectively and timely with insureds and/or their representatives to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prioritize responsibilities and effectively manage claims workload to regularly monitor progress and expenses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to obtain state-specific property claims licensing
- Prior experience using estimating software like Xactimate
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual and/or prior military experience
- 3-5+ years equivalent industry experience
