What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate, evaluate, estimate, and process personal and commercial property claims requiring on-site inspections
- Inspect and write property estimates using estimating guides and software
- Assist in risk evaluation on homeowners and commercial businesses
- Comply with claims organization policies for communication, investigation, and settlement of claims
- Assist in catastrophe claims handling, requiring overnight travel as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Property Resolution Specialist or equivalent in the insurance industry
- College degree or equivalent in insurance or business
- Thorough knowledge of claims settlement techniques and current legal decisions affecting claims handling
- Proven communication and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships
- Must obtain and maintain applicable adjusters licensing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Continuing insurance education through IIA and/or CPCU or other accredited insurance education providers
- Achieved an overall performance rating of at least "Meets Expectations" in the last two annual performance reviews
