What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in Homeowners’ Claims
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDFs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in negotiating with attorneys or insurance carriers
- Familiarity with state-specific regulations regarding subrogation
- Knowledge of property insurance claims processes
- Additional certifications related to insurance or claims management
