What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction while overseeing a medical office portfolio
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and analyze financial statements to project future financial positions
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate projects aimed at enhancing building value
- Oversee lease administration and serve as the primary contact for tenant service requests
- Manage accounting processes and prepare adjustments to tenant billing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor's degree required; degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of commercial real estate or property management experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements is a plus
- Real estate license required within twelve (12) months of hire date
- Strong financial and accounting acumen, including familiarity with cash and accrual accounting procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree is a plus
- LEED AP or GA accreditation is preferred
- Experience with budget preparation and financial reporting in property management
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in producing well-written reports and effective presentation skills
