What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of residential properties, ensuring efficiency and quality
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance, renovations, and repairs

- Supervise facility maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling work activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Contractor and/or construction licenses
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential maintenance and construction
- Excellent planning skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook
- Ability to troubleshoot and propose appropriate solutions to maintenance issues
- Strong customer relationship management skills with excellent phone etiquette
