What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement business plans for assigned retail properties to maximize asset value and NOI
- Provide monthly/quarterly financial and management reporting as required by clients
- Oversee contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure properties are maintained properly
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to expand business opportunities
- Support the broker/agency leasing team by understanding the leasing process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College graduate preferred
- TX Real Estate License required within 90 days
- At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail
- In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
- Competency in using Microsoft Office and general computer skills
